Oscar Garcia, InterFlight Ocean’s Chairman had the honor of unveiling to the USA and world’s markets the newly formed Dornier Seaplane Company (DSC). DSC was recently formed to explore and establish USA Seastar amphibious aircraft production line and sales enterprises. The Dornier Seastar is a fully certified all composite twin turboprop 12 seat-11,000 pound amphibious aircraft. Oscar Garcia introduced DSC to selected press and industry leaders attending the 2008 edition of the prestigious NBAA convention held in Orlando, Florida. DSC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Dornier Seawings AG (DSA) for which IFO acts as exclusive mandated agents in the USA and Americas. "It was an honor and a privilege to be appointed to open this ceremony and to introduce the company and the people behind it. DSA is a long time client of our seaplane focused consulting and advisory firm, IFO. "I have personally known and exchanged industry visions with Mr. Dornier since 2002”. Oscar Garcia first introduced Mr. Conrado Dornier, DSA CEO and DSC Chairman, followed by Mr. Joe Walker, who is the recently appointed DSC’s CEO.
