InterFlight Ocean, as USA exclusive mandated agents to Dornier Seawings AG, introduced CEO and Senior VP executives for its future USA wholly owned subsidiary. The companies are launching the sales and manufacturing programs for the all composite amphibious Dornier Seastar CD2 aircraft. Oscar Garcia personally presented to DSA’s Board the selected executives and a week long interview process took place. All executives presented were hired and the USA subsidiary will be established within weeks. DSA’s Board, Chaired by Martine Dornier-Tiefenthaler, through its CEO, Conrado Dornier expressed their satisfaction with IFO’s work product and strategies. IFO delivered under budget and on schedule on all DSA’s Master Planning mandated objectives.   Oscar Garcia states “I am personally extremely satisfied with the results that IFO has yielded to DSA since 2007. We have completed the seed stage of the project and will assist the new USA subsidiary to phase in smoothly and efficiently. I look forward to further supporting DSA’s Board and its new subsidiary executive Boards during the upcoming bridge stage efforts to a full fledged program re launch which we envision for the second half of 2009." The visit included flights and static inspection of the Dornier Seastar CD2 pre production certified aircraft and the Dornier 24 ATT.
